We partner with organizations that believe good work and good strategy belong together — and are ready to invest in both.
If your organization exists to make life better for people — and you’re ready to build the strategy, systems, and leadership to match that mission — you’re in the right place.
What “mission aligned” means to us…
The organizations we work with don’t all look the same. They span sectors, sizes, and structures; from nonprofits operating out of a single city block to mid-size institutions serving thousands of people across a region. What they share isn’t a type. It’s a conviction.
They believe that the people they serve deserve excellent strategy, not just good intentions. They understand that equity isn’t simply a department, a training, or a line item in a grant report — it’s also design principle that shapes how an organization operates, hires, evaluates, communicates, and makes decisions. And they are willing to do the honest, sometimes uncomfortable work of getting better.
We ask: Does this organization’s core work contribute to the dignity, opportunity, and well-being of the people and communities it touches? If the answer is yes, then we want to be in the room.

If your organization doesn’t fit neatly into one of these categories but you believe your work is contributing to a more just world, reach out. We’re more interested in your purpose than grouping you with others.
You might be in the right place if…
✔ Your organization or product exists to improve the lives of individuals, the conditions of a specific community, the experience of a population, or to advance a worthy cause….not solely to generate profit.
✔ You believe equity, belonging, and access to opportunity are central to how you operate and who you serve.
✔ You’re at a turning point. Whether you’re growing, aligning, restructuring, launching something new, or trying to close the gap between your values and your operations, you know you need support and expertise to move forward well.
✔ You want thought partnership along with your deliverables. You’re looking for a team that will think alongside you, challenge your assumptions, and stay invested in your success beyond the final report.
✔ Your work ultimately touches people’s lives — through programs, products, services, policy, or the built environment.
✔ You measure your impact and you’re open to honest feedback, evaluation, and the kind of reflection that leads to real improvement.
✔ Leadership is on board. Solutions won’t stick without internal champions. You have decision-makers who are ready to engage.
✔ You have the capacity to invest between $2,500 and $75,000+ in strategy, coaching, training, team cohesion, events, program design, or organizational development support.
If you’re nodding at most of these let’s talk!
What to Expect: Investment & Engagement
We believe strategy is an investment, and we price our work to reflect the depth, expertise, and care we bring to every engagement.
Our work typically begins at $2,500 for focused, single-scope engagements such as a facilitated workshop, a stakeholder listening session, or a targeted assessment. Most of our partnerships fall between $15,000 and $75,000, depending on the scope, duration, and composition of the Ìmísí team deployed. Multi-phase or multi-year anchor engagements are available for individuals or organizations ready to commit to deeper, sustained change.
We are transparent about pricing from the first conversation. During your free 30-minute discovery call, we’ll listen carefully, ask the right questions, and then we will follow up to give you an honest assessment of what an engagement would look like — including what it would cost and what it would produce.
